We want your relocation experience to be stress-free, transparent, and enjoyable. All services are provided by Panama Your Way℠. Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all our bookings.

Payments

• A $500 per person deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• If final payment is not received by this deadline, Panama Your Way℠ reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Payment Methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard) via our secure booking link.
• Alternative methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise are available on request. Additional fees may apply depending on the provider.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and a written confirmation has been issued.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

AIRPORT MEET & GREET
Our driver/guide will meet you inside the arrivals hall at Tocumen International Airport, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name as shown on the booking confirmation.

LUGGAGE LIMITS
Each guest is entitled to one (1) standard suitcase and one (1) carry-on item. Please notify us in advance if you will travel with additional or oversized luggage. Extra fees may apply.

RATES
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars, NET (non-commissionable) and include all applicable taxes at the time of confirmation.

Not included in the tour price:

• Passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance premiums
• Tips/gratuities for hosts, drivers, and guides
• Alcoholic beverages beyond the included allocation
• Meals, drinks, and minibar items outside the contracted inclusions
• Optional excursions and activities not listed in the itinerary
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, or baggage fees

DELAYED AND CANCELED FLIGHTS

We actively monitor all arriving flights and adjust our schedules to accommodate early or delayed arrivals of up to 1 hour at no extra charge.

If your flight is delayed beyond this window or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your transfer. Additional charges may apply if significant new arrangements are required (e.g., rescheduling drivers, late-night pickups).

If no notice is received and you are not present at the agreed meeting point, Panama Your Way℠ reserves the right to cancel the transfer without refund.

TOURS CANCELED OR POSTPONED BY PANAMA YOUR WAY℠
On rare occasions, tours may be canceled due to force majeure (acts of God), mechanical failure, or other unforeseen events. In such cases:

• You may reschedule your tour to a future date, subject to availability, or
• Receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is simple:

• 30 days* or more before the tour start date: Full refund, no questions asked.
• Less than 30 days* before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.

To cancel and request a refund for a tour, please contact us by email: info@yourpanamarelocationexperience.com. In general, we process refund within the next 48 hours. Depending on your financial institution, you should receive the refund within 3 to 5 business days.

*Cut-off times are based on Panama’s local time.

DATE CHANGES

• 30 days or more before the tour start date: You may reschedule your tour to a future date, subject to availability.
• Less than 30 days before the tour start date: Date changes are not permitted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We strongly recommend travel insurance for everyone. For US travellers we recommend Detour Insurance. All necessary entrance documents (such as passports, visas, etc.) are the responsibility of each individual. Passports should be valid for 6 months beyond your return date. All changes, requests or booking requirements should be sent in writing. Please notify us in advance should any passengers require special accommodation (such as dietary needs or disabilities).

BEST PRICE GUARANTEE – if you find the equivalent tour for less, we’ll beat it.
The tour you find with another provider should be like-for-like, for example being in the same region and of the same duration, including the same transport type, group size, hotel quality, number of meals provided, sights visited, and entrance fees and airport transfers where applicable. This offer applies to genuine written quotes from registered travel businesses and websites, and should reflect availability for the general public on the selected tour. Prices available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. The currency quoted should directly match the traveler’s origin, and only quotes in major currencies will be accepted. The written cost must reflect the date it was advertised and the final price including all taxes, surcharges and booking / service fees. Your consultant will need to confirm that the price is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will revise the price of your tour accordingly.

Your experience is our top priority. If, for any reason, you feel a service does not meet our stated quality standards:

• Please notify us during your trip so we can address the issue immediately.
• If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, we will provide a refund for the affected portion of services.

Liability limits and policies on Your Panama Relocation Experience

In the Republic of Panama, “Your Panama Relocation Experience” and “Panama Your Way℠” are brands operating under the official commercial license name Tour Istmo Panamá, a licensed travel agency and tour operator subsidiary of Panama Exotica S.A.

The “Panama Your Way℠” and “Your Panama Relocation Experience” names and logos, along with all variations, are the intellectual property of Panama Exotica S.A. and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

Acts of God & “force majeure”
PANAMA YOUR WAY℠ (TOUR ISTMO PANAMA) IS NOT LIABLE for acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, dangerous incidents on water, land, and air travel, and OTHER SIMILAR ACTS OR INCIDENTS BEYOND ITS CONTROL.

Accidents and incidents that occur outside of vehicles
Any incidents or accidents that may lead to injury or death that occur outside of the vehicle will NOT be covered by our or our partners insurances. It is strongly recommended that each traveler has his/her own travel insurance.

Traveler’s Representations
The traveler represents that neither he or she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard to himself or herself or others that partake on the transfer or tour.

Suppliers, Partners and Third Parties
PANAMA YOUR WAY℠ (TOUR ISTMO PANAMA) has established business relationships with handpicked suppliers, partners and third parties to provide a wide variety of services and to assure the quality of service you will receive. Although with all our efforts and commitments to make sure they comply with our high standards of quality, we have NO CONTROL over them.

Therefore, PANAMA YOUR WAY℠ (TOUR ISTMO PANAMA) will NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any property damage, personal injury or death, that may occur due to any act or omission of such supplier, partner or third party and also defects in or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle, or other means of transportation that is not under our control.

Optional Activities that may hold risk and danger
Optional activities may be available at some of the locations you will visit in the course of a tour. Some of these optional activities may carry a risk of serious personal injury. These activities may include but not necessarily limited to: (a) snorkeling or scuba diving; (b) horseback riding; (c) canoeing or kayaking; (d) white water rafting, (e) ziplining, among others. You should be aware that your personal safety cannot be guaranteed. Should you elect to participate in such activities while you are on tour, you are free to do so.

However, you must understand that such participation will be at your own risk and that PANAMA YOUR WAY℠ (TOUR ISTMO PANAMA) WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SAFETY. Under these terms, travelers under the age of 18 are required to have the consent of the parent or guardian whether they are traveling together or not.

Applicable Law
This agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of the Republic of Panama.
