Begin with a welcome briefing covering residency pathways, cost of living, and daily essentials. Explore key neighborhoods such as Casco Viejo, El Cangrejo, San Francisco, Punta Paitilla, Bella Vista, and Costa del Este. Stop at grocery stores, pharmacies, and rental properties to get a feel for daily living.

Start the morning with a consultation with a Panamanian attorney on visas, business structures, and property laws. Continue exploring the city and learn how to use the Metro, Metro Bus, and RapiPass. Visit the Panama Canal Miraflores Locks and IMAX before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant.

Drive along the scenic Pan-American Highway to the beach towns of Santa Clara, Farallón, and Playa Blanca. Tour gated communities, beach condos, and residential developments. Lunch with expats who live in the area, followed by dinner and relaxation at your hotel.

Head back to the coast to explore San Carlos, Gorgona, Coronado, and Chame. Visit residential developments and learn about local services and infrastructure. Enjoy lunch at a beachside spot and dinner at a popular expat-favorite restaurant.

In the morning a hands-on relocation workshop will take place, summarizing all elements of the last few days: cost of living, banking, healthcare, insurance, and cultural tips, with plenty of time for Q&A. Enjoy lunch at a traditional fonda for an authentic local experience. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Panama City with a stop at a shopping mall or supermarket to compare prices. The evening is left free for personal planning or last-minute neighborhood revisits.
